About This Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketer who can drive measurable ROI, track analytics, and scale client campaigns with precision.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns and a strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
  • A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Provide insights from analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
Work Details

This role offers a flexible 8-hour shift and the opportunity to work 6 days a week from our office in Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.
