Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site technical support for PCS/BESS products, encompassing both on-site and remote troubleshooting tasks.
  • Responsible for guiding customers through product debugging, maintenance, and modification processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of on-site spare parts, ensuring timely replacement to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Foster strong relationships with on-site customers, engaging in regular communication and soliciting feedback.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of PCS/BESS products, including power distribution diagrams and user manuals, to provide comprehensive training to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and submit reports in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Aptitude to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of planning in ambiguous situations and driving action-oriented outcomes.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry is highly desirable, particularly expertise in PCS and BESS systems.
