  • Identifying potential system issues early and implementing preventive measures to boost system resilience.
  • Automating tasks by building tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Solving problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Optimizing performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
