Job Title: Contract and Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent contract management skills, with a focus on commercial agreements. Strong analytical skills are required to review and negotiate contracts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and provide input to key commercial contracts, including supply agreements, technology agreements, NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, leave and license agreements, energy contracts, and environment contracts.
  • Prepare legal proceedings and manage end-to-end litigation, monitoring current trends applicable to the business.
  • Assist the Legal Group with swift turnaround times in legal research and preparing cases for opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents based on in-depth judgments and analysis.
  • Map regulatory footprints applicable to the company and implement compliance tools to ensure timely completion of checklists.
  • Provide legal updates and newsletters to the business.
  • Implement effective use of legal tools and support in real estate and contract management.
  • Migrate and integrate data into digital tools, create repositories, and analyze and report on post-implementation results.
  • Plan and execute compliance audits at company locations, prepare draft reports.
  • Manage presentations and review materials.
  • Ccoordinate with external counsel and advocates.
  • Ensure end-to-end responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for input.
