Job Title: Key Account ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our commercial and industrial solar solutions, identifying and engaging with prospective clients, and developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospective C&I clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, understanding their energy requirements and recommending customized solar solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors, and analyze and assess market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases to showcase the value of our solar solutions to prospects, collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales: Develop a network of large EPC partners and bidders for tenders, driving top-line revenue, profitability, and market share of the C&I division.
Requirements:
  • Preferred B-Tech Engineers/MBA Candidates with B2B sales experience in solar EPC sales in the rooftop solar industry.
  • Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi, and an attitude to get things done, willing to work for a minimum of 3 years.
