Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our e-commerce supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, preferably in the pharma or FMCG sector.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing demand planning, order fulfillment, inventory optimization, and last-mile delivery.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Operations: monitoring stock levels across warehouses and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborating with 3PL partners, logistics vendors, and internal teams for timely replenishment.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with pharma supply chain norms including cold chain management, product traceability, and record-keeping.
  • Implementing automation tools, ERP, and dashboards for real-time visibility into supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in pharma, FMCG, or e-commerce sector.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and 3PL operations.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
