About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend/Full-stack engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and problem-solving. If you're a rockstar developer with MERN skills and enjoy taking ownership of your work, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Own the design and implementation of backend architecture for efficient processing and data management.
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

What You Will Need

  • At least 2 years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
