As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business analysis and drive end-to-end delivery in process transformation, data management, and change management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related queries and escalations.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly business reviews with clients.
  • Administer various governance pillars, including client engagement, knowledge management, resource allocation, business continuity planning, and compliance.
  • E nsure timely execution of project deliverables in accordance with agreed-upon quality standards and service levels.
  • Lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring, and attrition management efforts.
  • Collaborate with shared services to expedite the completion of business deliverables as necessary.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively listen, comprehend information, and share it with stakeholders. They should be able to highlight opportunities for improvement and concerns while working collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in syndicated loan processing, participation, or bilateral deals.
  • Familiarity with finance, trade life cycles, investment banking, and derivatives is essential.
  • High energy levels, enthusiasm, commitment, productivity, proactivity, effectiveness as an influencer, and results-oriented mindset are required.
  • Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data are necessary.
  • Excellent time management and issue resolution skills are critical.
  • Above-average planning, organizing, and time management capabilities are desirable.
