A Senior Financial Services Professional is required to oversee the smooth functioning of our Finance vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for leading project requests, guiding team members on execution and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing team output for accuracy and consistency in data extraction and spreading
- Ensuring adherence to project deadlines and quality standards
- Maximizing team productivity and communication guidelines
Operational Deliverables:
- Training team members in financial statement analysis and data interpretation
- Developing team concept clarity and ability to interpret financial data
- Timely application of cash and payment reconciliation
- Collating financial information and KPIs from broker reports and news articles
Team Management:
- Goal setting and performance review of direct reports
- Auditing team timesheet for completeness and correctness
- Identifying training needs and providing coaching and mentoring
Prerequisites:
- Proficient in English language with excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and financial terms
- Experienced in financial statement analysis or AP/OTC/RTR process
Experience:
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role
Education:
Any graduate/MBA with finance specialization
