Chief Executive Officer

This is a leadership position responsible for steering the company's next phase of growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) and value creation;
  • Enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG);
  • Market expansion in India and exports with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure);
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts;
  • Modernizing manufacturing: improving throughput, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, and first-time-right quality; deploying capital expenditures with Internal Rate of Return (IRR)/Return on Investment (ROI) discipline;
  • Leading digital/ERP transformation; institutionalizing data-driven governance (Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), SKU profitability, cash conversion, vendor scorecards);
  • Strengthening supply chain resilience—vendor development for alloys (including duplex and super duplex) and strategic sourcing;
  • Establishing a performance culture—clear Key Result Areas (KRAs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables;
  • Representing the company with customers, Joint Venture/Joint Technology partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies; upholding brand and governance standards;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results;
  • Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts;
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital expenditures deployment;
  • Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project IRR) and stakeholder management (banks, auditors, boards);
  • People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture;
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + Master of Business Administration/Master of Business Management desirable;
