About the Role">

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our global data governance platform. This position requires a deep understanding of business functions such as finance, procurement, or HR, to operationalize an Collibra Data Governance platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Global DG lead to support various programs, projects, and sectors within our organization. You will ensure data-related requirements adhere to global data governance policies set forth by the Global Data Governance team.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Work with Business Functions to identify Critical Data Elements and provide Business definitions">
  • Manage Business Terms and Glossary related efforts for expansion of Data Governance Platform">
  • Conduct informational training sessions on core use cases covered by applications">
  • Create functional use cases on the platform, including Metadata classification standards, dashboard view standards, data governance process coverage standards">

Enterprise Data Governance Operations and Advisory:

">

You will ensure alignment of the data governance program and standards with applicable enterprise, business segment, and local data support models. Additionally, you will advise on various projects and initiatives to ensure adherence to Enterprise Data Governance established standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • 7 years of experience working as a Functional Lead or Technical Data Steward in one of the above domains">
  • Functional understanding of Collibra Data Governance Platform">
  • Strong techno-functional background with knowledge of data lifecycle management, governance, and SAP Data Domains in CPG Industry">
  • Ability to partner with a multi-tiered and matrixed organization model to support complex data programs">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
