The SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Consultant is responsible for implementing and optimizing business processes using cutting-edge tools.

With a focus on enterprise-wide process modeling, this role supports strategic initiatives such as digital transformation programs.

  • Process Modeling & Analysis:
    • Map and document business processes using SAP Signavio tools, applying BPMN 2.0 standards.
    • Conduct workshops to discover and model current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
    • Utilize Signavio Process Intelligence to pinpoint automation opportunities.
  • Implementation & Integration:
    • Configure and deploy SAP Signavio modules based on business requirements, integrating with enterprise systems.
    • Set up centralized process repositories with governance and variant handling.
    • Support integration with cloud-based platforms.
  • Governance & Optimization:
    • Define and roll out process modeling standards and governance frameworks.
    • Lead process transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for fit-gap analysis and optimization.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provide training sessions and onboarding workshops for business users and analysts.
    • Offer technical support during implementation phases.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for process performance monitoring.

This position requires a strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, process hierarchy design, and modeling best practices.

Experience with process mining, automation scripting, and data visualization is also highly valued.
