We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting team. This role will be based in Gurgaon and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days of office work per week.

Psychometric Assessments Consultant

The successful candidate will support the sales team for business meetings discussing psychometric assessments across India, handling delivery of Assessment Development centers independently.

  • Engage with key clients and stakeholders at a senior level including CXOs, facilitating discussions on psychometric assessments and talent development solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor analyzing client requirements and providing solution-focused approaches aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals addressing client needs ensuring effective engagement.
  • Provide thought leadership driving client success and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the delivery of psychometric assessments, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage complex assessment projects collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and client deliverables ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Must hold a post-graduate degree in Psychology preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behavior. PhD is an added advantage.

  • At least 5 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting.
