Job Title: Expert in Psychometric Tool Development

As an expert in psychometric tool development, you will be responsible for designing and developing new assessment tools, as well as redesigning existing ones to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Developing and implementing new psychometric tools that are aligned with industry standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in psychometrics and organizational behavior.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop assessments that meet business objectives.
  • Leading the development of technical manuals and research reports to support the use of psychometric tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing high-quality psychometric tools that are reliable and valid.
  • Working closely with subject matter experts to ensure that assessments are accurate and effective.
  • Providing guidance on the use of statistical analysis software and other tools to support the development of psychometric tools.
  • Contributing to the development of thought leadership pieces and white papers on psychometric tool development.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or equivalent degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical software such as SPSS and R.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
