Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our clients' environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media
  • Craft visual stories that authentically convey our clients' environmental and social impact
  • Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action
  • Create illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos
  • Transform complex sustainability concepts into engaging visuals

Requirements:

  • MANDATORY: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact
