Job Title: Global Trade Export Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Trade Export Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating export files and Bills of Lading (BL) details in the LARA system across India.

  • Maintaining and updating export files and BL details in the LARA system on a Pan India basis.
  • Updating all remarks received from the Intermodal Team regarding Import & Export Cleanup files.
  • Handling all Export Invoice RFI's within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Responding to various queries received from vendors, GBS Team, and customers.
  • Ensuring timely provision of SDP & SDD code generation.
  • Following up with vendors and GBS Team to ensure smooth payment processing and updating the same to the Receivable team.
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH VENDORS UNTIL THE ISSUE IS SORTED OUT.
  • Daily coordination with the Mumbai Intermodal Team for Freight Order Generation & COL updation on LARA & LISA System within TAT.
  • Preparing various reports pertaining to Intermodal moves on a Daily/Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Addressing and resolving service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • To ensure that follow-ups are done regularly.
  • Varying reports must be prepared on a weekly/monthly basis within the deadline given.
  • If any query, message should be sent immediately. Nothing should be taken verbally.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree is required.
Required Skills:
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, hardworking.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Tools - especially Excel and Power Presentation.
