Job Overview

Role Summary:

  • Coordinate with sales teams and plan shipments based on customer requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Daily stock checks enable the creation of accurate invoicing plans.
  • Prepare pre-export and post-export documents efficiently.
  • Maintain smooth communication with manufacturing sites for shipment movement.
  • Negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders to optimize costs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of shipments through coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers.
  • Inform customers about shipment updates and verify post-shipment documents within specified timeframes.
  • Handle customer queries and audit-related inquiries effectively.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of preparing documents under Letter of Credit and LC Clause.
  • Proficiently work on ERP systems like TCS ION/SAP HANA.
  • Generate Certificate of Origin/GSP, insurance certificates, and bank realization certificates accurately.
  • Establish relationships with shipping companies and customs brokers.
  • Compile MIS reports and close open transactions on IDPMS and EDPMS.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in export coordination at an executive level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
