Job Overview

The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time.

  • Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
  • Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims.
  • Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
  • Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To verify repair orders accurately against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
