Enterprise Solutions Expert

This role encompasses analysis and design activities to deliver SAP solutions for IT projects.

As a specialist in the SAP functional area, advice and technical support is provided to client IT Teams, including third parties, ensuring SAP standards and guidelines are followed.

  • Understand complex requirements and identify SAP impacts and required system changes to drive business change.
  • Document system processes through diagramming.
  • Configure SAP systems in the required functional area.
  • Write functional specifications to explain required system changes with detailed instructions for developers.
  • Perform functional unit testing of ABAP changes or configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver SAP changes.
  • Implement system changes to production.
  • Provide warranty support for implemented changes.

Key skills include:

  • Great experience in SAP functional modules (e.g., ERP Core, Customer Relationship Management, Retail & Commerce, Data & Analytics, Cross-Functional & Governance, Human Capital Management).
  • Curious problem-solving skills to understand current SAP configurations and analyze system impacts.
  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in understandable business language.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, understand 'what good looks like', and capable of multi-tasking.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions. The role requires expertise in SAP solutions and the ability to provide advice and technical support to clients.
