\Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager – Channel Sales

- Position reports to: GM- Channel Sales\
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years\
- Should have an experience in Channel Sales/ Distribution in real estate industry or IPC/Banking\
Key Responsibilities:
\- \
- Understand the finalized quantum of residential space, architectural drawings, pricing strategy, and expected rates for the residential project and prepare sales brief in detail\
- Formulate a list of potential clients through available market data\
- Identify various channel partners to be empaneled across locations and develop the strategy to be adopted with each category\
- Bring new channel partners onboard and maintain relationship with existing channel partners\
- Access, clarify, and validate channel partners' needs and performance at regular intervals and maintain a high channel partner satisfaction rate\
- Conduct regular product training for channel partners and their team\
- Make sure leads generated are serviced within the TAT - Same day\
- Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT\
- Monthly market and competitor analysis, studying trends and new developments in the market\
- Coordinate with Marketing team for launch events by inviting channel partners\
- Ensure effective sales pitch made to clients by him/her and his/her team members and site inspections/visits arranged and all queries are promptly handled\
- Manage effective negotiations and finalization/closing of deals in a timely and effective manner\
- Ensure that all required amounts as per the payment schedule/specific timelines are collected from clients\
