Agile Coach - Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our agile teams and help them deliver high-quality software solutions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Scrum Master and play a critical role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver innovative AI solutions for the banking sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment to drive business growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with:

  • Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master certifications.
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
