Job Title: Senior Payment Testing Expert

This is a challenging role for an experienced Payment Testing Professional to lead end-to-end testing initiatives and drive quality assurance in the delivery of payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads testing efforts for complex payment systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables and defect-free releases.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and approaches to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Defines and executes test cases, scripts, and data to validate payment system functionality and performance.
  • Analyzes and resolves defects, working closely with developers and product owners to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on the project timeline.
  • Manages and maintains accurate documentation of testing activities, results, and findings, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Provides input to the test manager on estimates, test strategy, and approach.
  • Reviews and verifies test deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of E2E testing methodologies, with a focus on payment systems and related technologies.
  • Proven experience as a test lead or similar role in payments testing, with a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEPA/ISO 20222 Payments, GPP SP, and Classic testing, with a strong understanding of MQ, API, SQL/Oracle technology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex payment system issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps principles, with experience in Zephyr/Jira (or similar tools).
