About the Role
We are seeking skilled Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical & MEP) to work on critical infrastructure and development projects that contribute to national development while gaining hands-on experience in large-scale construction, electrical, and MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will oversee the execution of civil, electrical, and MEP works as per approved designs, drawings, and project specifications. They will conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards, material usage, and adherence to timelines.
They will also monitor and manage work progress, ensuring smooth coordination among different teams and contractors. Additionally, they will identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to the project schedule.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a strong technical background in civil, electrical, or MEP engineering. They should have 3–10 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure projects, or government contracts.
Candidates with relevant education and experience will be required to demonstrate their expertise in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other civil engineering software. They should also possess soft skills such as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective coordination with contractors, architects, and government agencies.
