Job Description

We are seeking a skilled digital communications professional to build a strong online presence, spark engaging conversations, and translate complex technical information into compelling content.

You will be responsible for running our social media channels, supporting live events, launching brand campaigns, and bringing energy to topics from cybersecurity awareness to AI-driven threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Translating technical updates into engaging content - infographics, carousels, reels, etc.
  • Partnering with creative teams for innovative campaigns.
  • Maintaining a content calendar aligned with product launches, industry trends, and marketing moments.
  • Bringing events to life on social media.
  • Engaging with our online community.
  • Staying up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and social media formats.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital content or social media roles (bonus points if it's for a tech or SaaS brand).
  • Strong writing skills for clear, witty, and engaging copy, especially on complex topics.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • A strong visual eye with experience in Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling deadlines.
