**Job Opportunity:** Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with corporate clients and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on company-generated leads to deliver business presentations and service pitches to corporate clients.
  • Attend client calls/meetings to explain services and address queries.
  • Collect and share client feedback with the sales & operations teams.
  • Manage confidential client data securely in CRM.
  • Track lead status and report on conversion outcomes.

B2C Sales Responsibilities:

  • Engage with individual customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions/services.
  • Support in converting inquiries into sales and achieving individual targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in market research, customer trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Build rapport with customers to improve retention and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA students specializing in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to present services confidently to both corporates and individual customers.
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
