Job Description

The Operational Excellence Lead will drive strategic initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and improve operational effectiveness across the region. This role will be instrumental in implementing harmonized processes, optimizing target operating models, and leading regional improvement projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Harmonization & Optimization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine business processes, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and strategic goals. Develop and implement process improvements that reduce waste, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Technology Deployment & Adoption:

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce operational redundancies. Act as a liaison between regional teams and promote best practice sharing to drive technology adoption and process standardization.

  • Agency Performance Management:

Develop and implement strategies to improve agency performance, focusing on efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Monitor and coach team members to ensure effective deployment of technologies and process improvements.

  • Regional Improvement Projects:

Lead regional improvement projects that focus on operational waste reduction, simplification, and efficiency gains. Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and simplification across various functions.
