Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operational activities, providing leadership and guidance to operations staff, and contributing to the assessment and enhancement of operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, processes, and projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operations staff, helping them meet performance targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to the assessment and enhancement of operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control measures to ensure our products/services consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in Operations Management as a Team Leader or minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager for customer service sales process (cross selling, upselling selling).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams, processes, and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
