Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working with Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards compliance, ensuring that all BIM models meet relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project management, overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality assurance, conducting regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Revit and Navisworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services.
  • Basic design knowledge regarding PHE and Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.
