**Job Title:** BIM Manager

Job Description:

The role of a BIM Manager involves overseeing multiple Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) projects simultaneously. With extensive experience in the field, your responsibilities will encompass team management, project management, client engagement, business development, and the implementation of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Identify and address project-related challenges and issues.

  2. Client Engagement:

    • Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand their project requirements and provide updates.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.

  3. Business Development:

    • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and showcasing advanced capabilities.
    • Leverage industry experience to develop proposals and secure new projects.

  4. Budget and Timeline Oversight:

    • Exercise oversight of project budgets and expenses to ensure financial viability.
