Job Overview

The Site Civil Engineer plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Organize materials, ensure sites are safe and clean, and prepare cost estimates.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required, and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Communication and Planning: Draw up work schedules, communicate adjustments to crew members and clients, and gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations.
  • Team Management: Delegate tasks, schedule meetings and training sessions where required, and complete quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
  • Experience in Interiors, especially in Commercial, is highly valued.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design is crucial.
  • Great leadership and organizational skills are essential.
