Job Title: Site Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Support senior engineers in preparing piling logs, BBS, and technical documentation to facilitate project coordination and communication.
  • Conduct field surveys, soil investigations, and pile load testing coordination to gather essential data for project decision-making.
  • Review and verify materials and equipment required for piling works to ensure availability and timely delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of piling and other activities to track project performance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and meet project deadlines.
  • Support planning, micro-scheduling, and resource allocation for piling and civil works to optimize project efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in site engineering or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of piling techniques, including bored piles, and their applications in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation tools to facilitate efficient data management and reporting.
