Strategic Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position that oversees various operations and provides strategic guidance to ensure effective execution of business objectives.

About the Role
  • Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints and provide solutions within established timeframes.
  • Process sales agreements, deeds, GPA, POA, Katha documents and facilitate registration and other legal documentation for customers.
  • Liaise with departments such as Account, Legal, and Liaison to streamline business processes.
  • Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create reports.
  • Maintain proficiency in AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and interact with financial institutions for documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of business operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
