Job Summary:

The Cyber Innovation Leader will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive innovation strategy, driving strategic and operational relationships to advance cybersecurity capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Establish a cutting-edge innovation lab, providing state-of-the-art facilities for experimentation and prototyping.
  • Create frameworks for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, and outcome measurement.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization, promoting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Pursue external partnerships with industry experts, research institutions, and technology vendors to stay abreast of emerging trends.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, providing opportunities for growth and professional development in areas related to innovation and cybersecurity.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of innovation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the organization's security posture through the adoption of innovative solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

Mandatory: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

OR Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Preferred: An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.

Certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management) are advantageous.
