Job Title: Business Innovation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Innovation Leader to drive strategic initiatives and support business management activities.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, and 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives, developing business cases for transition and transformation opportunities, and preparing content and inputs for key governance meetings.

In addition, the successful candidate will reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems, develop headcount and financial metrics projections, and maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.

The Business Innovation Leader will also conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making, and liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Project Management, Business Management;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
