Enterprise Partnerships Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager ISVs to join our team in Bangalore. This role will involve managing global partnerships with a focus on the North American market.
Our Company:
Whatfix is the #1 Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for Enterprises. We integrate with software applications to provide end-user training, support, and guidance within the application itself.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute on a plan to elevate our partnerships and build a robust opportunity pipeline.
- Scale partnerships and build processes to grow our pipeline, innovate with GTM, market jointly to customers, and explore new avenues of growth.
- Work with top-tier ISVs and collaborate with some of the best technology companies in the world.
- Develop deep knowledge of selling a SaaS B2B product in a category-defining high growth company.
- Scale impactful partnerships and build a cross-functional view of the organization across sales, marketing, product, and customer/partner success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales/partnerships/account management and 8 years overall.
- Prior experience working directly with customers/partners, preferably Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), based in the United States.
- Strategic but hands-on – ability to see the bigger picture in a partnership, develop and execute a roadmap for large partnerships.
- Collaborative – experience collaborating cross-functionally across the organization to dig out insights and create compelling narratives for partners.
- Analytical – ability to use in-depth research to create an impact in meetings with partners/customers.
- Intellectual curiosity – genuine interest in learning what a client/partner's needs are.
- Tech – passion about how technology can help companies innovate.
- Comfortable working US business hours and traveling to meet prospects.
