Product Leadership Role

The Opportunity

  • Provide project management and leadership on medium to large scale products with internal and direct customer impact.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of a technical team to ensure quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.

  • Leading teams to achieve project success.
  • Building strong client relationships, both internal and external.
  • Applying best-practices to create world-class solutions that are maintainable, modular, and of high code-quality.
  • Creating an environment that insists on meeting expectations and delivering value.
  • Driving automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement.
  • Growing and managing the skills and talent within the team.
  • Managing people processes related to objectives definitions, regular check-in, assessment, and compensation.
  • Managing communication cross-functionally and escalating promptly as issues arise.
  • Facilitating meetings and presenting to senior-level management.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery.
  • Maintaining project management documentation including but not limited to project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards, and project sites.

What it takes:

  • 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications.
  • Strong domain expertise in Cyber Security with ability to drive innovation and ownership of security offerings.
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development & global delivery.
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process.
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding skills.
  • Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies.
  • Good knowledge in AWS, Multi Project/Program Management, & Development.
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and teams concurrently.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with business acumen.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
  • Goal-driven with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff.
  • Experience in working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
  • Highly motivated with passion for delivery and customer satisfaction.
