Job Title: Creative Producer

The role of a creative producer entails overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of projects within a specific vertical. This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Production.

  • Project Management: Coordinate daily production activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all due processes including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve operational issues.
  • Client Support: Assist in client communications as needed providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations under the AD's direction.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early escalating to the Associate Director as required and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks prioritize effectively and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows including creative development asset creation and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes documentation and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
