Job Summary

This senior role entails overseeing production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for defense and space clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct teams to achieve set quality and quantity levels, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Engage in short-term and medium-term planning and resource allocation to meet company objectives in manufacturing operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues and ensure personnel, material, and equipment safety.
  • Cost Reduction and Productivity: Drive initiatives to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and effectively utilize available resources.
  • Team Management: Select, train, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points: Experience working with Kaizen principles and Business Excellence methodologies will be highly valued.
