Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our organization. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, weekly reporting.

Additionally, you will handle monthly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, Income Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation as per GST invoices and books, and follow up with vendors.

You will also be responsible for handling Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) workings and return filings, supporting internal, external, and tax audits, and Accounts Payable (AP) preparation. Your tasks will include month-end activities including updating Financial Accounting Records (FAR), Depreciation computation, Prepaid Expense, etc., and partly AP accounting in limited areas.

Furthermore, you will review General Ledger and ensure the accuracy of books of accounts in all aspects, and perform ad hoc requirements pertaining to accounts and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly MIS reports, including Balance Sheet and P & L accounts, weekly reporting
  • Handling monthly GST returns, ITC reconciliation as per GST invoices and books, and follow up with vendors
  • Handling TDS workings and return filings
  • Supporting internal, external, and tax audits and AP preparation
  • Month-end activities including updating FAR, Depreciation computation, Prepaid Expense, etc.
  • Partly AP accounting in limited areas
  • General Ledger review and ensuring the accuracy of books of accounts in all aspects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
