Remote Research Coordinator Position

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and add scientific conferences from around the world to Google Sheets. This entails being a detail-oriented researcher, searching for events in various fields such as medicine, technology, AI, research, and cognitive science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search online for scientific conferences in diverse fields, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Discover 50-60 new conferences daily and verify their details, including name, date, location, website link, type of science, committee information, and important deadlines.
  • Organize conference data efficiently and eliminate duplicates within the Google Sheet.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Qualifications:
    • Recent BBA or similar degree completion (open to freshers)
    • Excellent online research skills
    • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Large Language Models
    • Ability to organize data effectively
    • Attention to detail, spotting even minor errors
    • Basic English writing skills
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
    • Experience in creating lists or conducting research
    • Comfortable working independently
    • Knowledge of verifying information accuracy
