As a technical leader in the ML Ops space, you will play a pivotal role in driving stability and trustworthiness of ML models across the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with data scientists and engineers to ensure robustness and reliability of ML models.
  • Drive the ML Ops discipline by applying expertise and best practices.
  • Empower business stakeholders to use data science models with confidence through relevant upskilling and self-service capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain stable data & model pipelines using Databricks MLflow.
  • Automate data science workflow and optimize models with engineering techniques.
  • Determine model training, testing, and deployment frequencies.
  • Work on versioning and monitoring of training/predictions, and create & maintain code repositories.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business value through data science models. Communication of model findings and accuracy to internal stakeholders is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and data colleagues.
  • Able to explain ML Ops principles in simplistic terms to less knowledgeable stakeholders.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills, time management & prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and good data visualization skills.
  • Familiarity with code version control and repository tools, agile way of working, and fluent English language skills.
  • Education in software engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, or a similar quantitative field, and 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ML Ops, data science, or a similar function.
