Operations Transformation Specialist

We assist our clients in transforming operations from customer engagement to executing strategic programmes to achieve enterprise-wide operational excellence. This includes developing growth strategies, digital transformations, new business setups, cost optimisations, sales productivities, and market entries across Banking, NBFC, and Asset Management sectors.

The role of an Operations Transformation Specialist is to grow the Financial Services practice through extensive Business Development activities and lead delivery on advisory engagements. The individual will be responsible for specific Business Development and Engagement Delivery targets.

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Strong business development and relationship skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Multi-tasking and ability to manage parallel pursuits and BD activities
  • Effective team management
  • Keen understanding of issues facing the industry and specific clients
  • Strong presence in meetings with ability to engage with C-Suite
  • In-depth understanding of consulting engagement lifecycle

Required qualifications include an MBA from a Premiere Institute, prior consulting experience in Management Consulting with Financial Services focus, and 10-15 years of experience. Mandatory skill set includes FS consulting, while preferred skill set includes consulting.

Education requirements include a PG degree, and desired languages are English. Available for Work Visa Sponsorship, and Government Clearance Required.
