Solar Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure maximum plant uptime, monitoring and managing system performance for optimum energy output, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum plant uptime.
  • Monitor and manage system performance for optimum energy output.
  • Maintain safety standards strictly followed.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and operational records.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solar plant operations (preferred).
  • Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance & safety compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on-site.
  • Hands-on experience with solar inverter systems, monitoring tools, and grid integration is a plus.
