We are seeking an Architect II to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative architectural solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and technical skills, with a focus on Revit (BIM) and ability to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects.

As a key member of our studio, the successful candidate will participate in the development of aesthetic and technical designs, assist with construction administration services, and collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Participate as a team member in the development of aesthetic and technical designs and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project standards, production quality, and deadlines.
  • Keep the Project Manager and leadership team updated on project progress and resourcing needs.

Requirements

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

  • BArch / MArch (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects is highly valued
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
  • Should be currently based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate
