What You'll Do

Develop and deliver optimized, scalable, and clean code.

Write unit tests and ensure robust quality before deployment.

Fix bugs, maintain performance, and own your deliverables.

Work with product management to turn business challenges into technical solutions.

Stay curious — adopt and experiment with latest tech trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in software development.

Strong skills in Java, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, NoSQL.

Familiarity with Rest APIs, GitLab, GCP/AWS, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a "problem-finding" attitude.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / software engineering.
