Job Opportunity: Associate Systems Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Associate Systems Engineer to join our global Application Health and Monitoring Team. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure high availability and performance of our suite of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Deploy, and Manage Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
  • AWS Services Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EBS, CloudWatch, WAF, and API Gateway.
  • DevOps Concepts: Familiarity with DevOps concepts, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement Security Best Practices: Implement security best practices across infrastructure, applications, and APIs.
  • Manage IAM Roles and Policies: Manage IAM roles and policies, enforce least privilege access, and regularly audit permissions.
  • Configure Security Groups and NACLs: Configure security groups, NACLs, and VPC flow logs to control and monitor traffic.
  • Manage Cloudflare: Manage Cloudflare for DNS management, global CDN, SSL termination, bot protection, and DDoS mitigation.
  • Conduct Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patching, and security group audits.
  • Manage WAF: Manage WAF for protection on APIs and web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CLOUD PLATFORM EXPERIENCE: Experience with IaaS and PaaS cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku).
