  • Lead a dynamic team of cash logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and secure cash processing, collection, and delivery operations, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all branch activities, including budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to cash handling procedures and regulatory compliance standards, ensuring the highest level of integrity and security.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and driving business growth.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate security threats, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Manage and maintain cash logistics equipment, ensuring its functionality and optimal performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on branch performance, presenting key findings to senior management and contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or cash handling industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing operational processes, with a strong ability to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of cash handling procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant logistics management software.
