Technical Expertise
  • Develop high-performing ECP solutions, including configuration of Topic Pages, Campaigns, Guided Experiences, Unified Navigation, and Content Automation.
  • Customize widgets, portals, and components using Service Portal and UI Builder, leveraging advanced technical skills.
  • Integrate ECP with other modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and custom applications, driving business value through efficient workflows.
  • Implement and configure Knowledge Management, Service Catalogs, and Search to enhance the employee self-service experience.
Platform Optimization & Best Practices
  • Ensure scalable architecture, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices, guaranteeing a robust and future-proof platform.
  • Manage platform releases, upgrades, and UAT activities specific to ECP, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to implement enhancements and resolve complex issues, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
