Our organization is seeking a high-caliber Director of Operations to spearhead the development and implementation of operational dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers.

About this Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Dashboards and Scorecards: Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to monitor operational performance metrics such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, and escalations.
    • Collaboration with Tech/Product Teams: Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to refine and rollout operational dashboards or tools.
    • Governance Rituals: Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals that drive business outcomes.
    • Action Tracking: Monitor and follow through on agreed actions, serving as a champion for organizational accountability.
    • New Cluster Managers Onboarding: Provide assistance in the onboarding process for new cluster managers and center managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing operational dashboards and scorecards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Experience in training and mentoring others.
