Job Opportunity: Financial Expert

We are seeking an experienced financial expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment and possess strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning: Prepare and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Banking Operations: Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
  • Export Transactions: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Audit Support: Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong Budgeting Skills: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Banking Experience: Experience in banking operations and export transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ERP/Tally/SAP Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.
